Why do I have to register before I can shop?
Registering ensures a great customer experience from order tracking updates to accurate delivery and even customer service.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?
The zip code entered on the homepage enables us to determine if we currently deliver in your area. We are expanding! Please provide us with your email and zip code and we will notify you via email as soon as we can deliver to you.

What happens if I forget my password?
You can request the new password by clicking "Forgot your password" on the customer login screen. The new password will email to your registered email account or contact our customer service team and they will be happy to help you.


Can I place my order over the phone?
Sorry, we are currently not taking any orders over the phone, so all orders must be placed through the website.

Where can I find my order details?
You will find the 'My Orders' button in the left-hand side toolbar when you sign in to your account. Click on it to view existing and previous orders detail.

How do you pack my groceries?
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. Your order is handled by a personal shopper who has been trained to pick the freshest produce, and packaged thoughtfully to minimize product bruising, contamination, and even the number of bags we use. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service team.

How do I add products into My Wish list?
Sign in and browse the products, you will have an option to add the products into “My Wishlist” by clicking green Heart Button. Once you are in "My Wishlist" page, you will find an “Add to cart” button on the right-hand side of the page. Click on it, and product will be added to "My Cart".

How do I save my weekly (regular) shopping list?
Sign in and browse the products, you will have option to add the products into “Quick Order” by clicking on “Red Star” button. Once it is added to your “Quick Order”, it is saved as your shopping list. You will able to add the products into “My Cart” from the Quick Order list.

How do I know if I placed my order correctly?
When you have successfully completed an order, an order confirmation page will be displayed. Also, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order details promptly.

How can I print my order?
Go to “My Account” and click on “My Orders”, find the order you would like to print, click the “View Order” button. This will show the details of your order which includes the list of products and grand total. Then click the “Print Order” button located on the top of the order detail.

How late can I make changes to an order?
Every order has a cut-off time of 24 hours before delivery time and date. Please check your confirmation email to find your order's delivery time.

How do I make changes to my order?
As long as there are 24 hours before your delivery time you can:

1. Cancel your order online and place a new order.

2. Contact our customer service team to help you cancel the order so you can place a new one.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online or by contacting our customer service team at any time.

A $15 late cancellation fee applies if you cancel and are within 24 hours of your delivery time.

Can I reorder a previous order?
Absolutely, and it will save you time too! Just follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account and click on the 'My Orders' tab.

2. Find the order you wish to reorder

3. Check out the order and select your delivery time.

How can I get a copy of my receipt?
Your delivery driver will hand you a copy of your receipt when an order is delivered.
If you would like to print a receipt from a previous order, please click on the “My Orders” tab and find the order you are looking for. Clicking on the order will take you into the detail order page, there you can click on the “Print Order” link on the top left-hand side to print the receipt.

Will Fresh India Bazaar make substitutions?
Our expert packers aim to fulfill every order to 100% satisfaction. Sometimes markets conditions are such that a product may suddenly become unavailable. However, we may have similar items and may choose to make a substitution. We will inform you of this substitution a head of time. If you choose you do not want the substitution then we credit you with a refund.

Why are the products I received slightly different than web images?
Web images are representative examples and for only intended graphic purpose. Many of the grocery items are imported product where the exact packaging, quantity, and even bar-codes may periodically change. Produce can also vary depending on the season, market, and even country of origin. We pledge to try our best to convey the most accurate information on our website. Checkout & Charges

Why do you not store my credit card info with my account?
For security purposes, we do not store your credit card information on file.

How do I Check Out my order?
Simply click the 'My Cart” button in the top right-hand corner of the page, click on “Check Out” button and follow the link.

How do I add a new delivery address to my account?
Go to My account and click on “Address Book” on left-hand side of the page. Please click on “Add New Address” button. Follow entering your details as the boxes appear.

What is the minimum order amount for free delivery?
You must purchase a minimum of $40 for free delivery service on your order.

Is there a delivery charge?
Charges of $5 apply if value of your order is less than $40.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. At this time we are not accepting cash or checks.


What happens if I miss a delivery?
Your driver will contact you when they are on the way. If they cannot reach you, they will leave non-perishable items from your order at your doorstep. Perishable items (produce,refrigerated,frozen) will be taken back and your account will be credited for a future purchase.

How do I change a delivery time?
Once order is placed you can contact customer service team before the cut off time (24 hours before delivery time) and change the delivery time.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any items you have purchased please see below for the appropriate return policy:

Dry Non-Perishable Grocery (except Produce, Dairy, and Frozen) Items
You can request a refund within 2 days of delivery. Please contact 1-844-FRESHIB to process the refund.

Produce, Dairy, and Frozen Items
Our driver will verify order with you when delivery arrives at your doorstep. If there’s anything you’re not happy with, please hand it back to driver and your refund will be calculated and will go back to your card. We do NOT take any return for produce, dairy or frozen goods once you have accepted the products from the driver.

Pooja, Gifts, Kitchen Wares, Health and Beauty Items
You can request a refund within 2 days of delivery as long as you return these products with their original packaging and tags and are unused. We ask that you do not remove packaging and tags until you are sure you are keeping the items.


Why do I get a 'failed login' message when I try to sign in?
There may be a problem with your password. You can request new password clicking “Forgot your password” on the customer login page or contact our Customer Service team, they'll be happy to reset your password for you.

Why do I keep getting a “page cannot be displayed” message?
You may need to check your SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) settings. The SSL helps to process transactions securely on the web, but if your settings are wrong you may find it difficult to open certain pages.

Not sure how to change your settings? If you're using Internet Explorer on Windows, simply click on the tools menu from your web browser, select 'internet options', and then click on the 'advanced' button. When you check the details, make sure that the SSL options are selected.

Is your website compatible with all internet browsers? is designed to look its best in the latest browsers, but don't worry, you will still be able to access it from older browsers too.
